Before you send digital service

• You can send digital service to more than one email address for the same recipient.
• Check the email address carefully. The person who receives the email may be able to access sensitive court documents.
• If the recipient does not accept service within 72 hours, we will let you know.
• You can check if a legal firm is active on Courts Portal before sending digital service.
